4 Step Guide

Step 1: Count Your Photos, Slides and Negatives

We don't need an exact number, just an approximation. How many photos can be bulk scanned? How many need to be manually scanned? How many slides or negatives do you have?

Step 2: Contact Us

Tell us how many photos, slides or negatives you have via the Contact Page, Instant Quote Form, or on our Facebook page.

Step 3: Pack and Send or Hand Deliver

Once your order is confirmed, send your photos, slides and negatives to the Scan My Photo Australia Post PO Box (Scan My Photo, PO Box 125, Caboolture, Qld, 4510). See our page on the most economical and safe way to pack your photos, slides and negatives.

Scan My Photo is based in Caboolture, Queensland, Australia (City of Moreton Bay, between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast), so hand delivery to 40 Duncan Street, Caboolture, Qld, 4510 is available if you are willing to make the trip. Step 4: Sit Back and Relax

Once your order is received, we will confirm the quotation with you and start scanning.

Your scans will be available to view online within a few days.

After payment, we will send back your photos, slides and negatives and allow the online copies to be downloaded.

About Us

Preserving Memories with Trust: Safeguarding Your Precious Photographs

Scan My Photo is a family-owned business run by a father and son team located in Caboolture, Queensland, Australia (City of Moreton Bay, between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast). We understand the incredible value and sentimentality attached to your cherished photographs. These timeless snapshots hold the power to transport us back to treasured moments, reliving the joy, love, and laughter we experienced.

We also understand the daunting task of digitising thousands of physical photographs. Scan My Photo started after my father (the founder of the business) wanted to preserve over 5000 photographs. With only a traditional flatbed scanner, the task was near impossible. There had to be a better way. We decided to create a better way and share the joy with everyone experiencing the same anxiety.

We recognise the immense trust you place in us when you hand over your irreplaceable memories, and we take this responsibility to heart. Your photographs will be personally handled by myself or my father, and we adhere to the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality. We prioritise protecting your data and images, ensuring they are never used, shared or duplicated.

Our state-of-the-art scanning technology guarantees exceptional quality and precision during the digitisation process. We employ cutting-edge equipment that captures every intricate detail and colour, preserving the authenticity of your photographs. We ensure that your photographs are returned unharmed and in the same condition as when you entrusted them to us.

Preserve your past, embrace your memories, and embark on a digital journey with Scan My Photo. Together, let's ensure that your precious photographs continue to inspire and delight for generations to come.
